Human Resources Manager (Temporary)

Responsibilities
HRIS Implementation & Automation: Lead the setup and launch of a new HRIS, ensuring accurate data migration, system configuration, and streamlined workflow automation
Benefits & Compliance Administration: Oversee day-to-day benefits through Paychex and maintain compliance with labor regulations
Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR policy administration while supporting ongoing HR operations
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion
Reporting & Project Support: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and support cross-functional HR projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including system implementation, benefits administration, and HR operations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in HR systems such as BambooHR and Paychex strongly preferred
Strong project management and communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to remain adaptable, collaborative, and discreet with confidential information
