Responsibilities

Develop leadership skills by assisting supervisors and observing daily operational management
Learn distribution center fundamentals, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
Understand safety and compliance protocols critical to supply chain operations
Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy
Gain experience using operational performance metrics to evaluate productivity and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve outcomes

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or related field
Expected graduation dates of December 2026, May 2027, December 2027, or May 2028
Effective verbal communication skills
Physical stamina to alternated between sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
Ability to wear equipped PPE and work a full shift with meal break

Preferred

3.0 cumulative GPA
Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools)
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills
Relevant internship or experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is a plus
Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
