Collect, verify, and input dispatch data into the company’s systems accurately and promptly
Process a moderate to high volume of alpha-numeric data entry
Generate work orders in order of importance
Share work order information with field teams and technicians smooth dispatch operations
Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Type a minimum of 40 WPM
Proficiency in data management software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
