They are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support technicians and clients through various administrative tasks while enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

Support field and sales staff

Assist the Commercial Install department by generating and assigning leads, processing small projects and purchase orders when necessary

Assist field staff with quoted repair estimates, part ordering, and scheduling

Answer commercial questions and assist the contact center with booking service calls, and scheduling service work orders from emails and portal clients

Assist in account management, retention, and updating client records

Provide customer support, process clients' payments and handle inquiries

Serve as the primary contact for assigned contracts

Assist non-contract clients and contract clients when their account manager is unavailable

Follow up after services to identify and resolve issues or concerns

Assist with the administration of new and renewal maintenance agreements

Proactively schedule maintenance visits with customers and assign them to technicians

Analyze and manage the maintenance schedule, making adjustments as necessary

Ensure all expected work from the previous day is completed, follow up and address any situations as needed

Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
