New GradAmeriCorps is focused on addressing poverty through community development and support. The Eco3 VISTA member will work with the United Way of Carlton and Pine County Area to build capacity for various programs aimed at improving community engagement and resource management.

Actively develop programs and systems to reduce the impact and incidence of poverty
Conduct landscape analyses to identify potential partnerships
Build program capacity, expand partnerships, and leverage funding toward program sustainability
Research best practices and develop impact evaluation methodologies
