Responsibilities

Conduct cutting-edge research on energy-efficient management of heterogeneous computing clusters
Build power monitoring, predictive analytics and energy-efficient software solutions for AI Infra
Work closely with cross-functional World-Wide teams,transferRD outcomes into commercial products and solutions

Qualification

Required

Data center operation or AI infra monitoring
DCIM or Linux kernel software developer background
High Performance Computing (HPC)
GPU/CPU energy efficiency optimization
AI tasks energy efficiency and optimization
AI Workload characterization and performance analysis

Preferred

A Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Good communication skills
Experience with Sustainable Computing
Direct experience with NVIDIA GPU software stacks
Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex, open-ended challenges
