Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and execution of contracts management strategies for the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) sub market
Oversee a portfolio that includes U.S. Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts and Commercial Agreements
Collaborate and provide contractual guidance and support to cross functional team members (including Business Development, Legal, Program Management, and Finance)
Analyze and mitigate contract risks as well as develop contingency plans to minimize potential losses
Qualification
Required
Experience with U.S. Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts and Commercial Agreements
Expert contract negotiation skills
Rigorous compliance
Ability to partner with cross functional teams
Ability to analyze and mitigate contract risks
Ability to develop contingency plans to minimize potential losses
Ability to collaborate and provide contractual guidance and support to cross functional team members (including Business Development, Legal, Program Management, and Finance)
Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly recognize risk elements in business transactions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred
Professional certifications (e.g. CPCM™, CFCM™, CCCM™)
Experience with Executive Proposal Process (EPP) requirements with an ability to efficiently brief senior leadership
