Responsibilities
Support strategic business initiatives through idea generation, data analysis, and process improvements
Work alongside our operations management team, contributing to projects that enhance operations, quality, inventory, safety, packaging, planning, and maintenance
Participate in operational observations, process mapping, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and work instruction creation while collaborating with various departments and external vendors
Uphold corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols, contributing to a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
Present your project outcomes to management, highlighting your contributions and the innovative solutions you've developed
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be a junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
Must have at least one prior internship in a similar industry
Preferred
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Operations related discipline
Enrolled in an Engineering graduate program
Experience in logistics, manufacturing or a similar industry
