Responsibilities

New customer acquisition: Identifying and targeting potential business customers in the B2B and enterprise environment through market research, networking, and proactive cold calling
Ownership: Independent management of the entire sales process, from initial contact to the successful completion of complex sales cycles
Relationship management: Building a stable customer portfolio and maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling
Consulting & solution expertise: Providing detailed, comprehensive consulting to companies through process and challenge analysis to create tailor-made solution concepts
Customer presentation: Developing compelling offers and creating and delivering professional presentations that clearly highlight the added value of our solutions
Market presence: Representing our company at trade fairs, industry events, and conferences to actively expand your network

Required

Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, Sales, or relevant field) or equivalent experience
5-7+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience; experience closing deals end-to-end
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills. Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deals / accounts / priorities at once
Competence with CRM tools, sales process tools; comfortable with forecasting, pipeline management
Willingness to travel, if required (for customer visits, events, etc.)
Self-motivated, resilient, able to handle rejection and obstacles
