Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders in support of market trend analysis to drive planning, competitiveness, and product development for Grid Cybersecurity
Build strong stakeholder relationships to identify growth opportunities and drive innovative solutions
Oversee the offer management for the Grid Cybersecurity portfolio
Support the GT Sales organization with go-to-market strategies, and technical expertise in customer meetings when needed to boost market share and meet financial targets
Participate in industry trade shows, customer events, and customer meetings; Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to find opportunities and threats and inform on strategic portfolio decisions
Represent the customers’ voice and market needs to the internal organization, including customer satisfaction surveys
Lead, empower, and manage an international and diverse team

Required

Understanding of customer needs, competition landscape, applicable business models, pricing strategies, and strong customer orientation and relationships; Ability to analyze markets, identify trends and latent requirements, and develop effective sales strategies
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ownership mentality and can-do attitude; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in English
Willing and able to travel and work, as needed (up to ~25% travel, including remote OT/ICS sites for deployments, assessments, implementations, and incident responses.)
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in operational technology (OT)/industrial control system (ICS) cybersecurity preferred (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in technical OT/ICS cybersecurity sales and/or offer management roles, preferable within the electric utilities energy grid sector
10 or more years of experience in leading teams, and in the fields of sales strategy, offer management, and/or business development, preferably in the electric utilities energy grid sector. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and German are additionally relevant
