Live Presentations: Deliver engaging, scripted presentations to a live audience, ensuring that product features, benefits, and key messages are communicated clearly and effectively

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a group setting, answering questions and providing information to drive product interest and sales

Sales Focus: Actively promote and sell products during live events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets

Product Education: Help customers understand how the featured products can benefit them, using enthusiasm and creativity to maintain interest and excitement

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other event specialists, event managers, and support teams to ensure smooth event execution and a positive customer experience

Brand Representation: Represent the Summit Retail Solutions brand in a professional and positive manner, ensuring that all interactions with customers reflect our company’s values and standards
