Responsibilities
Take written content, storyboards, videos, and scripts and transform them into engaging interactive online multimedia courses using cutting-edge e-learning authoring software tools
Design motion-graphics elements, animations, and transitions using Adobe After Effects
Track multiple projects, with detailed timelines, and maintain version control for all deliverables
Evaluate and test all course elements to maintain high quality standards
Stay current with e-learning trends, multimedia production best practices, and emerging technology for online content creation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience designing and producing e-learning/multimedia courses
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
Firsthand experience with one or more e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate
Solid understanding of instructional design models with adult learning principles, storyboarding, course flow, and visual design
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills
Preferred
An instructional design portfolio that is well-designed, visually appealing, and easy to follow
Demonstrated ability to effectively use multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience
