Responsibilities
Define, negotiate, and launch innovative, high-impact partnerships for Amazon’s advertising technologies and AI-first sponsored experiences
Work closely with product and engineering teams to define new partner opportunities and influence product priorities
Influence senior commercial, technical, and product stakeholders to drive alignment around new ideas and initiatives, debate tradeoffs, and make high-judgment decisions related to critical partnerships and cross-product initiatives
Own executive relationships with strategically important partner companies in the sector; institute regular mechanisms to cultivate trust and drive alignment with Amazon's priorities
Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities across emerging AI-first first companies and experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams to execute partner-led strategies and deliver measurable results
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional or military experience
7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
Preferred
MBA
Experience in AI products and technologies such as AI models and applications
Startup background or experience at a VC/PE-backed firm
