Responsibilities

Post and manage job requisitions in Workday, including updating and editing job descriptions
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualification requirements
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews aligned with recruiting processes
Maintain accurate candidate data and workflow status within the applicant tracking system
Attend job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives as assigned
Extend offers and support offer negotiations under guidance of the Head of A2H
Support Talent Acquisition activities including affirmative action reporting, system updates, and candidate communications

Required

Experience working within the Workday Recruiting module required
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

Prior experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Strong administrative background; experience in a mid-size to large corporate environment strongly preferred
