Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, focusing on high-value corporate clients, luxury hospitality, and Fortune 500 companies
Leverage deep knowledge of NYC's business ecosystem, identifying key industries and decision-makers to drive sales
Further position Vivreau as the premium, sustainable hydration solution through consultative sales techniques
Build and nurture C-suite and high-level relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships with clients
Exceed aggressive sales targets by expanding market share and securing new business accounts
Act as the face of Vivreau at industry events, networking opportunities, and hospitality expos
Utilize CRM tools (we leverage Microsoft Dynamics) to track leads, sales performance, and market insights to optimize strategies

Required

Proven hunter mentality – thrives on chasing and closing new business
Expert in high-end, consultative sales, selling premium products or luxury solutions
Strong network in corporate, hospitality, and real estate sectors in NYC
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills – must be able to influence decision-makers
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation sales environment
Proficiency in CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and strong analytical skills
5+ years in high-end B2B sales or business development, ideally in luxury goods, premium appliances, and/or sustainable corporate solutions
Experience selling to corporate headquarters, hospitality, high-end restaurants, country clubs, real estate developers, facility management organizations, food service operators, etc
Demonstrated success in breaking into new markets and exceeding revenue targets

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Industry experience in hospitality, corporate wellness, or premium beverage solutions is a plus
