Responsibilities
Support SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization initiatives for the firm website and advisor pages
Maintain and update online firm and advisor directories
Assist with social media profile hygiene for advisors (LinkedIn, Google Business, etc.)
Help coordinate digital location and local SEO projects
Contribute to sales enablement and follow-up workflows in Salesforce
Track engagement metrics for digital marketing campaigns
Provide research and coordination support for awards, rankings, and listings (ARL)
Assist in advisor marketing projects and presentation preparation
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Interest in SEO, digital advertising, and CRM systems
Eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional marketing and business development teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of digital platforms (HubSpot, Canva, or Salesforce experience a plus)
