Responsibilities

Project manage facility and related activities

Coordinate implementation of new building and remodeling projects

Provide guidance and technical support to the maintenance department and outside contractors

Work within established standard design and engineering practices under close guidance

Project manage facility and narrow scope projects including contractor monitoring

Use communication skills to convey technical information to engineering, operations and management personnel

Develop understanding of functions of building management controls and utility equipment

Document activities clearly and concisely

Provide local operational support with assistance
