Responsibilities

Lead sales and business development for distributed pumping solutions
Deliver technical presentations, webinars, and training for engineers, contractors, and distributors
Support system design, sizing software, and energy modeling for customers
Represent the company at industry events (ASHRAE, BOMA, MCAA) and promote sustainable solutions
Develop annual action plans and provide feedback to marketing and product development teams

Required

Bachelor's in engineering, business or related field
5+ years of sales experience in technical sales or sales engineering
Strong knowledge of hydronic systems and distributed pumping technology
Comprehensive technical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel 30 -40%
Strong technical aptitude, ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions and concepts of hydronic systems and distributed pumping technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between product management and sales teams
Authorization to work in the USA without support now or in the future
