Responsibilities
Architect and implement global-scale data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, real-time streaming) optimized for AI-driven analytics and autonomous operations
Builds federated data fabric and multimodal ingestion pipelines
Integrate AI agents into data workflows for automated quality assurance, anomaly detection, and intelligent schema evolution
Define and enforce data governance frameworks that meet international compliance and security standards
Partner with engineering and business leaders to align architecture with strategic objectives and drive innovation
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (GenAI, LLM-based tools, autonomous data pipelines) to maintain industry leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Experience managing Enterprise Data Analytics
7+ years of Experience managing Enterprise Data Architecture both on-premise and cloud
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field
Preferred
2+ years of Experience designing AI/ML integration within enterprise data ecosystems
Expertise in cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), distributed systems, and advanced analytics
Advanced understanding of semantic data layers, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven metadata management
Security-first mindset with deep knowledge of global data privacy and protection standards
Hands-on Experience with AI agent platforms for data operations and governance such as Google Gemini, GPT, Claude Anthropic, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub CoPilot, Google Antigravity, Cursor, Glean, CrewAI
Experience translating technical complexity into business value
Experience presenting technical concepts to business users and executive stakeholder
Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel
Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
Certifications are a plus: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2
Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus
