Required

Significant experience in Patent and Trademark Litigation

8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience practicing in a law firm

Strong litigation skills

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work effectively within deadlines and on a team

Engineering or computer science degree or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas

Must be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one

Some portable business is required

Preferred

Admitted to the Patent Bar

Candidates who are members of the Patent Bar are strongly preferred
