Responsibilities

Deliver training programs and manage day-to-day training execution for Community Health Choices

Maintain and update training materials to ensure compliance with contract requirements

Collaborate with Enterprise Learning Governance and internal teams to develop training for internal and external customers, focusing on systems, new hire onboarding, and ongoing service coordination education

Partner with LMS Technologist to set up programs in the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking, monitoring, and reporting outcomes

Facilitate virtual training sessions and act as producer by managing chats, breakout rooms, and polls

Work with Learning & Development Consultants to create training materials, including documents, PowerPoint presentations, engagement activities, and surveys

Continuously update and develop curriculum to maximize learning outcomes; collaborate with instructional designers as needed

Serve as training workstream lead on CHC-specific training projects
