Responsibilities

The Interim Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the facility

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Interim CGO will focus on engagement and pipeline strength, monitoring go-to-market (GTM), and strengthening sales-operating discipline

This leader will oversee three sales Vice Presidents and will focus strongly on currently implemented KPIs to ensure organizational growth

The Interim CGO will collaborate closely with the Sr. team, sales leadership, and commercial teams and will strive to align GTM strategies

Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance
