Responsibilities
Own all aspects of credit card processing operations, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our clients
Act as a subject matter expert, staying current with payment industry trends, gateways, merchant accounts, and regulatory changes
Help develop systems, processes, and standards that support sustainable growth for the department
Work closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities and deliver customized, competitive payment solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, optimize systems, and support client success
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through hot leads, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Deliver tailored sales proposals that address client needs and drive meaningful business relationships
Contribute to scaling the department and developing long-term strategy and market positioning
Qualification
Required
