Responsibilities

Provide systems support tasks for hardware devices and software packages, help with installation setups, and revise existing documentation guidelines

Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems

Provide training for teams in multi-faceted departments, answer technology questions as needed, complete administrative tasks when required, and fill out documentation when requesting new inventory

Commute short distances between office locations to provide support

Provide support to remote users and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
