Responsibilities
Greet guests with a smile and welcome them to the restaurant; seat them accordingly
Take reservations over the phone and in person while working at the host stand
Handle any guest requests or complaints with graciousness and cheer
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Present a positive, professional image
Preferred
1-2 years experience as a host in a fine dining restaurant preferred; or 2 years customer service experience in a hotel or resort environment
Previous experience with Open Table, Toast or Resy preferred
