Responsibilities

Actively collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and other key stakeholders to push forward and execute long term initiatives
Coordinate cross-business unit initiatives and management to support new products and/or capabilities by serving as the liaison between marketing and technology
Develop the Segmentation, Targeting & Eligibility product roadmap and define timelines for future features and capabilities
Prioritize feature backlog, user stories according to defined outcomes and key results
Converting market needs into clearly defined and actionable requirement
Create & maintain Product Documentation
Train users on the new launched products & create user documentation
Conduct research and support the implementation of new and products & functionalities

Qualification

Required

2+ years of Product Management experience
Experience with Adobe CDP (Customer Data Platform), Adobe Journey Optimizer & Campaign Journey Analytics, Salesforce CDP or Martech ecosystem/platforms required
Strong product ownership and development experience
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling, and prioritization of multiple priorities, managing tight timelines
Experience on one or more teams using Agile software development process such as Scrum or Kanban. SAFe training and certification a plus
Ability to translate technical terminology to business partners and business requirements to technology partners
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & relationship building skills
Strong work ethic with a global mindset
Ability to work independently and within a team; good communication skills with a 'can do' attitude toward creative problem solving
Self-starter and able to connect dots to understand how their work fits into the broader organization

UI/UX experience will be a plus
