Fashion Sales manager
I TOO is seeking a Fashion Wholesale Manager to oversee various aspects of sales and client relations. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing wholesale accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with the marketing team to enhance promotional efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Identify obstacles within the company
Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with clients to build and maintain strong relationships
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly
Train, develop, manage and mentor sales team
Manage Trade shows
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience in woman's contemporary apparel
Wholesale 2 years minimum experience
Proficient in Microsoft office
Exceptional presentation skills to senior-level executives and large groups
Strong business acumen and skill-set which enables the management and development of staff
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solver
Keen selling and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience in Trade shows is a PLUS
Spanish is a PLUS
Prior retail experience a plus
Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
