Sales Manager Now is a sales management company focused on supporting small businesses through virtual, shared sales leadership. They are seeking an experienced B2B sales leader to manage multiple sales teams, ensuring client objectives for sales development and revenue growth are met.

Responsibilities
Manage 3–7 sales teams from home via web conference
Meet or exceed client objectives for sales department development and revenue growth while utilizing the Sales Manager Now Part-Time Sales Management System
Building structure, accountability, and process
Improving systems and workflows over time
Developing salespeople and managers
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Creating durable value in the business through the sales department
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of B2B sales management experience (direct management of others)
5+ years of successful in-the-field sales experience
A demonstrated ability to lead teams that respected and followed your leadership
Experience managing remote sales teams
Comfort using CRMs to create structure and accountability
Experience leading web meetings (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, or similar)
Experience facilitating sales team meetings
Some experience developing sales plans for departments or individual salespeople
Experience creating job descriptions
Preferred
Compensation plan development experience is a plus
