Responsibilities
Understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used
Functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes
Conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners
Master at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions
Engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments
Lead process improvements, 'as is' or 'to be' analysis on business processes and/or IT
Advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules
Responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing
Qualification
Required
Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners
Must have mastered at least one methodology in depth
Have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains
Have an advanced knowledge of one or more SaaS or package software solutions
Wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity
Actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments
Have the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements
Conduct 'as is' or 'to be' analysis on business processes and/or IT
Advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules
Responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing
Seen as an active member within technology communities
Maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solution and relevant methodology
