Required

Independent & Reliable – Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Excellent Customer Service Skills – Communicate effectively with end users, including leadership
Open to Learning – Embrace new technologies and processes
Basic Technical Familiarity: ServiceNow platform, Microsoft Excel, Computer rebuild steps, Data backup in Windows OS
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
