They are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Events Specialist responsible for developing, managing, and executing the dealership’s marketing initiatives and event calendar.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the dealership’s social media presence across all platforms

Create high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

Plan, organize, and execute dealership events, rides, open houses, and community partnerships

Build and manage digital ad campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Advertising

Coordinate with the dealership’s ad agency to ensure timely asset delivery and campaign execution

Create compelling digital and on-site content (photos, videos, copywriting)

Engage with the online community, respond to messages, and maintain brand consistency

Work within DealerSpike to update website content, promotions, and inventory highlights

Capture photo/video assets for marketing use

Track analytics and report on marketing performance

Support branding initiatives and dealership merchandising as needed
