Responsibilities

Help drive operating performance for an institutional-grade portfolio of senior living assets
Implementing/overseeing strategy at both the property, and portfolio level
Identify opportunities for performance improvement
Conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio, against historical performance
Working with third-party operators

Required

7-10 years of direct experience working with a large CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm - senior living experience is a hard prerequisite
Bachelor's degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar
Experience implementing/overseeing strategy at both the property, and portfolio level, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement
Experience conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio, against historical performance
Experience working with third-party operators
