Qualification
Required
Background in Backend
High adoption of AI IDEs, like Cursor
Experience building agentic-ai systems
Experience leading squads
Stakeholder management with non-technical stakeholders
Studies: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering)
Languages: Python, Node.js, SQL
Tools: Nest.js, LangChain, multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG pipelines, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude), Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), Docker
Preferred
Experience in frontend web and frontend mobile (ReactJS, Typescript, React-native)
Experience with Elixir (or similar like Scala, Rust) to occasionally modify our legacy system
