Analyze company financial statements, disclosures, and strategy documents
Interpret quantitative financial data alongside narrative sections such as MD&A
Calculate and evaluate key financial metrics, including year-over-year growth and performance indicators
Identify and clearly explain the main drivers of company and fund-level financial performance
Produce concise, structured written analyses aligned with AI training and evaluation objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong professional experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or consulting
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and accounting fundamentals
Expertise in reviewing and interpreting 10-K, 10-Q, and MD&A filings
Excellent analytical and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
