Great Day Improvements is seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to help drive their continued growth. In this role, you will lead and grow a successful team of factory sales representatives while managing daily sales activities and collaborating with the Division Manager on strategies for sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a successful team of professionally trained factory sales representatives
Manage daily sales activities throughout the territory
Perform sales meetings and training sessions
Ride with team members on sales calls, evaluate and improve sales results
Work directly with the Division Manager to help outline and determine strategies for sales and marketing activities
Improve efficiency of existing sales team through training, involvement and leadership
Actively recruit new members to your team and take an active role in their success
Perform in-home product sales presentations with team members and on your own

Required

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent experience
Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team. (In-home sales a plus)!
Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
