They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the recruitment process through administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, and onboarding while enhancing the company's employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talents. Research, negotiate, and maintain appropriate sourcing channels to reach targeted applicants

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interview schedules and logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Coordinate with internal and external parties for production and posting of recruitment promotion

Assist in reference check and background screenings, ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulations

Maintain accurate records and filing related to recruitment activities, including the employee database and applicant tracking systems

Prepare employment contracts and related documents. Support employee on-boarding and orientation activities

Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities, including social media engagement, to enhance the Company’s reputation as an employer of choice

Assist in job fairs and career talks, both in-house and with external recruitment partners

Answer recruitment related enquiries received from various channels

Perform any other duties and participate in projects assigned
