Responsibilities
Identifying and articulating business needs to ensure outcomes align with the companyโs strategic focus
Translating business requirements into comprehensive IT systems and software specifications
Utilizing data analysis techniques to deliver insights for business strategies and decision-making
Collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution of projects
Implementing and overseeing change management strategies related to new systems and processes
Conducting user acceptance testing, system validations, and quality assurance processes
Preparing and presenting reports, findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, experience in a tech company will be an added advantage
In-depth knowledge of business structures, IT systems integration, project management, and data analysis techniques
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with attention to detail
Able to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in using business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization tools
