American Residential Services is a national service leader seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to join their team in Sacramento. The Sales Manager will direct and lead residential sales strategies, ensuring the performance of the sales team meets established targets and goals.

Responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager

Driving revenue and conversion for the division

Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes

Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals

Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc

Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports

Required

5 years of in-home sales management experience is required

HVAC sales experience/knowledge required

Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment

Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

Strong presentation and customer service skills

Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member

Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines

Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet

Preferred

College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred
