Responsibilities
Develop and implement a long-term procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals. Including optimization and standardization of procurement processes and workflows across the organization
Lead sourcing initiatives across categories (goods, services, vendors, technology, etc.)
Establish a supplier management framework, including vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring
Strengthening vendor management practices, including performance tracking, risk management, and compliance
Partner with business leaders to understand procurement needs and deliver cost-effective, value-added solutions
Drive cost savings, efficiency, and risk mitigation through strategic supplier negotiations
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team
Implement tools, systems, and metrics to monitor procurement performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements by verifying that suppliers meet quality standards, adhere to ethical and sustainable practices
Support the annual organizational budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing procurement processes/frameworks
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management expertise
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build strong cross-functional relationships
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with procurement technology/tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP)
