Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment matters to clients

Represent clients in litigation, including class action lawsuits, before courts and administrative agencies

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies

Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients

Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law and litigation trends

Qualification

Strong knowledge of employment law and labor law principles
