Responsibilities
Represent employers in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims
Advise clients on employment policies, compliance, and risk management
Conduct workplace investigations and provide training on employment best practices
Draft and negotiate employment agreements, severance packages, and handbooks
Handle administrative proceedings before the EEOC, NLRB, and other agencies
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex employment matters
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
Experience with federal and Florida employment statutes and regulations
Preferred
Board certification in Labor and Employment Law is a plus
