Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking
Analyze and stabilize absence plans, time calculations, and accrual rules
Troubleshoot issues related to time entry, approvals, accruals, and balances
Configure and optimize absence plans, time tracking rules, and eligibility logic
Support integration touchpoints impacting time and absence data
Partner with payroll and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate downstream processing
Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
Document configurations, business rules, and operational procedures
Provide best-practice guidance on time and absence governance
Qualification
Required
Workday Certification (Absence Management and/or Time Tracking)
Experience completing full Workday implementations
Strong hands-on configuration experience with absence plans and time tracking rules
Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization or remediation efforts
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in complex or high-volume time environments
Prior experience supporting system recovery or optimization initiatives
