Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously

Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and traditional and social media campaigns

Leads claimant communication and claim review processes

Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing settlement plans and notice & administration plans

Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other required documents
