Responsibilities

Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
Work on complex property damage cases
Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis

Required

3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney (Personal Injury background preferred)
J.D. Degree or Esquire
Bar Certified: CO, GA, FL, or LA
Familiarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
Competency in Case-Management Software
