Responsibilities
Manage and oversee mass tort litigation cases from inception to resolution
Coordinate and negotiate settlements with opposing parties, ensuring the best outcomes for clients
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards throughout the litigation process
Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and client correspondence
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong case strategies
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and settlement options
Utilize legal software for case management and documentation, as well as accounting software for managing client disbursements
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on mass tort cases preferred
Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulations related to mass tort litigation
Proficiency in legal and accounting software
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
