Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns for various entities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, including strategies to minimize tax liabilities
Research and analyze tax issues to provide accurate guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain current knowledge of tax codes and legislations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings
Collaborate with other departments to provide tax-related support and insights for financial reporting
Must be comfortable reviewing and signing own returns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree is a plus
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required
3+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance issues
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
