Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff
Prepare and review audit reports and findings
Communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns
Evaluate internal controls and risk management processes
Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
CPA certification required
Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing and accounting
Experience with single audits and public accounting
Strong knowledge of FASB and GASB standards
Familiarity with Yellow Book standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience working with non-profit and not-for-profit organizations is a plus
