Responsibilities
Designing and implementing high-performance backend features in C/C++ to support our communication platform
Building and maintaining scalable APIs that power web-based calendar and scheduling workflows
Collaborating across engineering, product, and design teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving customer needs
Analyzing and improve system performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and ensuring reliability at scale
Contributing to team practices by sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and supporting an inclusive, collaborative culture
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of industry experience
Have solid proficiency in C/C++, with a track record of building performant, robust applications
Have experience developing large-scale, distributed backend systems
Be proficient in Linux development
Have familiarity with security best practices for backend systems
