Responsibilities

Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and briefs
Represent clients in court and during depositions
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress
Stay current on relevant laws and regulations in personal injury litigation

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Active state bar membershipPersonal injury law experienceLitigation processes understandingResearchWriting skillsTrial experienceCommunication skillsPerform under pressure

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the state bar association
2+ years of experience in personal injury law
Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred

Trial experience is a plus
