Electrical Engineering Staff (EEE/EMI)

They are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead Electromagnetic Environmental Effects activities, providing EMI design support across multiple programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance standards are met.

Responsibilities
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to mitigate interference signals and define EMI/EMC requirements to meet product performance standards
Establishing metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize and or automate EMI engineering efforts
Lead EMI/EMC design and compliance regarding grounding, shielding, transmission lines, filter design, and other EMI related aspects
Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring and leading teammates, sharing knowledge, and facilitating their technical growth
Draft, review, and modify EMI documentation (Including EMI test plans, test reports, control plans, verification procedures, and integration/analysis reports)
Perform RF Co-site analyses and documentation
Support and troubleshoot testing in the EMI lab
Qualification
Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to support multiple projects in a dynamic environment
EMI test and analysis experience
Experience with lab hardware such as a spectrum analyzer, signal generator, LNA, PA, attenuator, coupler
Interest in EMI design in the areas of grounding, filtering and shielding as it relates to the control of EMI
Strong working knowledge of MIL-STD-461F/G, MIL-STD-464C/D
